Your access to and use of the spoko.ca website is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the spoko.ca website.

By accessing or using the spoko.ca website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the spoko.ca website.

Payments

Online payments are accepted by credit card via Stripe only.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase, in its original condition. (return shipping not included)

Warranty

Our SPOKO™ products are guaranteed 1 full year from the date of the original purchase against any defects. Just send us your SPOKO™ product and we will gladly replace it. (return shipping not included)

Shipping

We ship across Canada and the United-States. For shipping elsewhere please contact us at info@spoko.ca .  Shipping is done via Canada Post. A signature may be required upon delivery. Please note that all orders shipped to the United-States may be subject to border/custom fees. These fees must be paid by the client. If the client refuses to pay these fees, the product will be returned to us and all funds will be refunded except for shipping fees.

Cancelled orders

Users of the spoko.ca website are informed that certain orders, at our own discretion, can be cancelled if the products have incorrect prices due to various errors or for any other reasons.

SPOKO™ has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites or services. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 7 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
